Full system license

The full Business Reactor license is a ready base package for a company that wants to run the system in its own environment and manage key processes in one interface. The base price is UAH 39,000. It includes the system core and eight operational areas. The industry-specific AutoParts and VIN selection modules are not included in the base price and can be added as product options.

Included in the UAH 39,000 base package

• System core and administration. Users, roles, access rights, settings, and the shared Business Reactor workspace.
• Catalog module. Products, categories, prices, stock, warehouses, suppliers, purchasing, shipments, and returns.
• Manufacturing module. Production tasks, operations, materials, output, and stage control.
• Accounting module. Financial documents, cash movement, income, expenses, and basic management accounting.
• Analytics module. Operational indicators, reports, and data control.
• Service module. Booking calendar, customers, services, resources, materials, and the workflow of a service company. It works for automotive businesses and other service industries.
• Nova Poshta module. Delivery and shipment processing within Business Reactor workflows.
• Checkbox module. Fiscal receipts through the connected Checkbox service.

What the base license provides

The company receives one connected system instead of several unrelated applications. Product, customer, order, manufacturing, service, payment, and delivery data can be used in the same workflow. Employees follow a shared process and managers see results without manually consolidating multiple spreadsheets.

The license grants the right to use the purchased Business Reactor package, receive published updates for purchased components for 12 months, and create internal modifications for the license holder’s own company. Basic launch documentation is included.

AutoParts add-on — UAH 45,000

AutoParts adds a registry of millions of automotive parts with original numbers, cross-references, alternatives, and photos. A manager starts from a ready product record and adds the company’s own price and stock instead of building a catalog manually for years.

The module supports imports from connected suppliers such as Vladislav, Avtotekhnik, BusMarket, and other sources. Supplier stock can be refreshed automatically every night. Internal stock, supplier offers, cross-references, and alternatives remain in one working screen.

VIN parts selection add-on — UAH 45,000

The VIN module identifies the vehicle, opens categories and assemblies, and displays diagrams and OEM part numbers. This speeds up selection and reduces errors and returns caused by choosing the wrong vehicle variant.

VIN and AutoParts can be purchased separately or together. When combined, VIN finds the OEM position and AutoParts shows related products, cross-references, alternatives, photos, stock, and supplier offers.

Installation on the client’s server and initial business setup remain separate options and are not included in these totals.

Not included in the base price

• AutoParts and VIN selection unless chosen as options;
• server setup from scratch;
• data migration and cleaning;
• custom integrations and new supplier connections;
• large-team training and process documentation from scratch;
• custom reports and new feature development;
• repairs after independent source-code modifications.

Installation and initial setup

Installation on the client’s server covers deployment to one prepared server and a basic launch and administration login check. Initial business setup covers an initial review of processes, users, roles, directories, company structure, and basic workflows.

After 12 months

The system and purchased modules remain with the customer; the license does not need to be bought again. Updates, technical support, and assistance with later versions are provided under the applicable maintenance terms.
