Full System License
Full System License is a purchase format for companies that want to use Business Reactor on their side and manage internal improvements independently.
The base purchase gives the right to use the current system version and access to published updates and new modules for 12 months. Installation, setup and implementation are not included in the base price and are selected separately.
What is included in the base license
- the right to use the current version of Business Reactor;
- access to the current set of modules at the time of purchase;
- access to new published modules for 12 months;
- access to system updates for 12 months;
- the ability to independently improve the system inside your company;
- basic launch documentation.
What is not included in the base license
- installation on the client’s server;
- migration from our servers;
- business setup;
- data import;
- integrations;
- staff training;
- custom development;
- server administration;
- fixing problems after the client’s independent custom changes.
Option: installation on the client’s server
Installation is performed on a prepared server that meets the technical requirements of Business Reactor.
- Business Reactor installation on one server;
- basic launch check;
- domain or subdomain connection if access details are provided;
- admin panel login check;
- basic file and folder permission check.
Not included: server setup from scratch, data migration, mail setup, backup setup, SSL setup if the server or panel is not ready, performance optimization and hosting issue fixes.
Option: starter business setup
- initial review of the client’s processes;
- setup of users and roles;
- setup of basic directories;
- setup of company structure;
- basic module setup;
- help with choosing a work scenario;
- up to 1-2 launch consultations.
Not included: development of new features, integrations, migration of large data volumes, supplier connection, custom reports, training of a large team and describing all client business processes from scratch.
After 12 months
If the client does not renew service, the system remains with the client. The installed version can continue to be used, and internal improvements can be made independently. The license does not need to be purchased again.
At the same time, technical support, access to new modules, system updates and support for installing new versions are available only when service is renewed.
