Description

Checkbox Fiscalization Business Reactor is a PRRO module that embeds receipt issuing directly into the company workflow. Its task is not to create a separate cashier system next to ERP, but to add a fiscal layer to existing sales, shipments, returns and documents.

That matters for real business. When receipts live separately from shipments, returns and statuses, the company gets operational chaos: operators switch between services, lose the link between sale and fiscal action and create unnecessary routine. Business Reactor removes that gap and turns fiscalization into part of the main system logic instead of a disconnected parallel process.

Architecturally, Checkbox owns only its integration domain: API settings, cash desks, operator bindings, auth sessions, shifts, fiscal operations, request and response logs, local receipt visualizations and remote state synchronization. Catalog remains the owner of shipments, returns, item rows and ERP statuses, while Accounting remains the owner of accounting documents and bookkeeping logic. This is the key advantage: the module strengthens the platform without breaking its architecture.

Checkbox Business Reactor already covers real operating scenarios: sales receipts, prepayments, a chain of several receipts for one shipment, refund receipts, receipt history and locally cached receipt views. After successful fiscalization, the system can trigger a narrow bridge to Accounting to update and post existing documents without turning Checkbox into a second accounting system.

What the business gets

  • sales e-receipts issued directly inside the working system flow;
  • support for prepayments and multiple receipts per shipment;
  • a dedicated refund scenario with correct refund receipt fiscalization;
  • clear statuses, receipt history and local receipt visualization for operators;
  • shift logic, cash desks and operator bindings without cashier chaos;
  • a correct bridge to Accounting after a successful fiscal event.

What problems the module solves

This module is for companies that need more than просто a PRRO connection. They need one operational flow where sale, shipment, prepayment, return and receipt are linked together. The operator should clearly see what has been issued, what is pending, where an error happened and which next action is allowed. That is exactly the logic built into Checkbox Business Reactor.

A separate value of the module is that it does not duplicate the business logic of other domains. It does not create a second sales workflow, does not own accounting and does not take over ERP statuses. Because of that, the platform stays scalable: the fiscal layer can be enabled where the business needs it without damaging the wider project architecture.

Why this is sold through subscription

If the client is primarily interested in fiscalization, they can subscribe directly from this page and enter Business Reactor through the Checkbox module. From there, PRRO becomes part of their isolated business system with a separate project, domain and database, while the rest of the logic grows around the real operating processes of the company.

Checkbox Fiscalization Business Reactor is built for businesses that need not just receipts, but a manageable and architecturally correct PRRO layer inside one unified system.
